ERGO lying stalls

  • Lying stall series designed for modern freestall dairies
  • Ergo models meet all new dimension requirements
  • Ergo spacing elements are made from Ruuki 2” hot-dip galvanized steel pipe
  • The open structure of the area in front of the stall allows animals to behave in a natural manner in the lying stall
  • The design of the spacing element guides the animal into the correct lying position
  • The optimal placement of the front pipe provides a generous space for the animal's movements when lying down or rising, while still preventing an animal from ”walking through”.
  • Ergo spacing elements are attached to the floor with a robust cast iron clamp and acid-proof concrete screws.
  • Ergo spacing elements can be attached in three different ways
  • The ends of an Ergo stall row can be made using either plywood elements with a steel frame or a concrete element.
  • Ergo stalls make installation faster than ever

ERGO attachment ways

Attachment A: The spacing element is attached to the floor with a robust cast iron clamp and acid-proof concrete screws

Attachment B: The spacing element is attached to the height-adjustable horizontal pipes with a robust T-clamp, which also allows the width of the stall to be adjusted

Attachment C: A robust clamp and U-bolts are used to attach the spacing element to a short RHS post sunk into the casting of the floor

ERGO L

• The Ergo L is designed for use as a lying stall for dairy cattle.
• The design of the spacing element takes into account the deep and soft beddings of modern barns, as well as front barriers
• Ergo L spacing elements can also be used with suckler cows (attachment B)

ERGO M

• The Ergo M is designed for use as a lying stall for heifers
• The design of the Ergo M spacing element also allows the use of thicker stall beddings and front barriers
• The optimal placement of the front pipe prevents animals from ”walking through”
• The neck- and front pipe can be equipped with a telescoping pipe, which allows a husbandryman's easy passage through the lying stall

ERGO S

• The Ergo S is designed for use as a lying stall for young cattle
• The design of a Ergo S spacing element teaches the animal from an early age to lie in the lying stall in the correct position
• The Ergo S spacing element allows the use of a stall matt and front barrier
